Who is Tangible Co-op?
Tangible Co-Op is an employee-owned company focused on community-building for small businesses. We want to connect you with your customers and other small businesses for the services you need.
If it feels like you need to get a separate marketing degree to compete as a small business… that’s where we come in. We’ll handle the marketing and the art and connect you with our other clients for anything else you might need so you can focus on doing what you do best. Because communities thrive when everyone cooperates.

We will always use real artists and we will try to find ways to make tangible, physical media when possible. No generative AI.

We believe in bringing our clients together to uplift the community and keep business local.

Our business model is based on employee ownership and cooperation. Everyone works together for a common goal.
What IS a co-op?
There are many different types of co-ops, such as farm co-ops, grocery co-ops, and processing co-ops (like the dairy co-ops in Europe), but we’re a worker co-op. That means we are a group of employees who contribute our labor to a common cause (the company) and own the company equally.
This enables us to offer our employees a feeling of directly benefiting from the work they put in and having a say in the direction the company takes (one member, one vote.)
The profits from the company are then split between reinvestment in the company, the employees, and the initial investors. When the company does well, the employees do well.
